Online Proctored Exam FAQ

The best way to prepare and study for the exam is by thoroughly reviewing the course material and practicing the quizzes provided at the end of each module. These practice quizzes are designed to test your understanding of key concepts and help reinforce the material. Take your time to review any sections where you may have struggled or need further clarification.

To ensure your test is completed correctly and your exam report reflects positively, please follow these guidelines—multiple starts or switching tabs will result in an automatic fail:

1. Use a desktop and/or laptop with both a webcam and microphone. Phones are not permitted for the final exam, using one will lead to an automatic failure.

2. Use Google Chrome and have only the exam tab open—close all other tabs and disable any browser extensions – aids/translators will not be allowed during the exam and will lead to an automatic failure

3. Clear your browser cache before beginning the exam.

4. Ensure you are alone in a well-lit room with no additional devices in the vicinity.

5. Start and submit the exam only once—do not reopen or restart it.

If you experience any issues during the exam, please contact support@drvrhub.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You will have 1 hour to complete your exam. Make sure to manage your time effectively to answer all questions within the allotted time.

The passing grade for the exam is 70%. Any score below 70% is considered a fail. Please note that your score is not the only factor; if you attempt to restart the exam multiple times or switch tabs during the exam, it will result in an automatic fail.

You will have to come in person to retake the exam. You will get an email to book your in-person exam. There is a fee of $20 for every additional attempt.

You will receive your exam results within 1 business day. We will notify you via email, where you will find out whether you passed or failed the exam.

“Proctored” means that the exam is monitored to ensure that it is taken under proper conditions. A proctor will review the video recording of your exam session to ensure that all exam rules are followed, and they will determine whether the exam was taken appropriately. This helps maintain the integrity of the testing process.
